2. Deposits and Milestone Payments
Project deposits and milestone payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced on that phase. Deposits secure your project slot and cover initial discovery, planning, and resource allocation.
3. Cancellation by Client
If you cancel a project after work has begun, you will be billed for all completed work and any non-recoverable costs incurred up to the cancellation date. Any remaining balance on prepaid amounts may be refunded at our discretion, minus completed work and expenses.
4. Cancellation by Discount Promo LLC
We reserve the right to cancel a project if terms are violated or if we are unable to fulfill the agreed scope. In such cases, unused prepaid amounts will be refunded proportionally.
5. Dissatisfaction With Deliverables
If you are unsatisfied with deliverables, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work in good faith to revise work within the agreed scope. Refunds for completed and approved deliverables are not typically provided.
6. Recurring Services
Maintenance and support subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable.
7. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
